Bottle online from Beers Of Europe. Pours a clear chestnut colour with a medium sized creamy off-white head. Aromas of toffee, caramel, doughy bread, toasted malts and peppery spice. Taste is more toffee and caramel, fruity jam, doughy bread, toasty malts, more peppery spice and some tea. Malty with a lingering earthy hop bitterness on the finish. Full body, average carbonation and smooth slightly oily mouthfeel. Very good beer. Enjoyed.

Bottle online from Beers Of Europe. Pours a clear light golden colour with a 2 finger fluffy white head. Aromas of citrus, floral and some doughy white bread. Taste has elderflower, citrusy lemon, lots more doughy white bread and also peppery spice on the finish. A subtle amount of lemon pith also on the hoppy finish. Medium body with fairly low carbonation and slightly oily mouthfeel. Nice crisp refreshing and flavoursome beer. Good one.

On cask at Indie Scotland. Appearance - clear copper. Proportionate off white head. Nose - caramel and honeycomb. Taste - honeycomb again, malt loaf, ginger biscuit. Palate - medium bodied, sweet and creamy. Overall - doesn't taste like a lager, bit not unpleasant.
