Bottle from Mozzas, Inverurie. It pours crystal clear pale yellow - gold with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, fresh, floral, twist of citrus, lemon sponge cake and biscuit. The taste is crisp, dry, clean malt base, piney, touch to spice pithy, zesty, twist of lemon, biscuit, lemon sponge cake and grass with a drying finish. Light body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Bright and quenching. Decent low abv number.
