Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Frejdahl Skuld ].Light unclear medium orange amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, sweet malt, fruity malt, light nutty, moderate hoppy, grass, citrus - orange, marmalade hops, fruity hops, tea. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet tea, orange, fruity malt, caramel, sweet malt, marmalade, toasted, nutty notes. Bottle shared in London - thanks to Danny. It pours near black with a medium tan head. The aroma is rich roasted maltage, dried fruits, toasty, cocoa, rocky road, smoke and medicinal vibe. The taste is rich roasted malt, vanilla, rocky road, wood, toasted coconut, earth, cocoa and some mellow smoke. Medium+ body and moderate carbonation. Rich and good depth. Nice stuff.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber brown with small white head. Aroma is malt, caramel and sugar. Taste is sweet and light bitter. Body is oily. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes that follow the nose.

Bottle shared at the Craft beer Co tasting 24/11/2016. Many thanks to Danny for this one. A dark black brown coloured coloured pour with a lasting mid tan head head. Aroma is big smoked malts, peat, smoked sausage and brown sugars. Flavour is composed of phenols, brown sugars, maple glazed meat, sausage, . Palate is medium sweet, crisp, highish carbonation. Lovely stuff.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Daniel. Pours deep brown with a frothy, beige head. Big smoked ham nose, some cocoa, roast. Medium sweet flavour with nicely rounded chocolate character, more smoked malts, charred meat, scorched earth. Medium bodied with fine, velvety carbonation. Dry finish, somewhat ashy, with more smoked ham, bittersweet cocoa. Lovely stuff.

0,75 flaske med kork og wire, fra tilbudshyllen på Netto Nørrebro, delt med Kitty på hytta: brunsvart med fint skum. Innbydende aroma og enda bedre smak av røstet malt, mørk sjokolade, vanilje, rosiner, lakris, svisker og kaffe. Stor og bløt munnfylde med lekker bitterhet i ettersmaken. Et varp til kr. 30!

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with airy but stable beige head. Clear aroma of hops and yeast, with notes of cloves and malt and touches of caramel. Bitter, hoppy flavour with spicy (cloves and cinnamon) touches and sweetish notes of bread and malt. Hints of caramel and dia. Acidic and grassy aftertaste wit estery hints. Drinkable but nothing really impressive.

Bottle, 5.7%. Spicy and fruity aroma, marzipan, cinnamon and some sort of spicy hop. The flavour is a lot like the aroma. More spicy than hoppy and fruity, but still. OK dried fruit and marzipan finish. The alcohol warms quite well for only 5.7%.
