Cask @ Trades Club, Hebden Bridge. Pale dishwater yellow coloured cider. Has a strong, fullish nose, with a fair sweetness in this respect in its taste.

[ As Hecks Bramley with Honey Cider ].Clear light medium orange yellow color with a small, open and fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple and honey, wood notes, light vanilla. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, dry, honey, apple, sweet apples. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20140807]

Box @ Saxon Crown, Corby. Slightly hazy pale gold. Has a good apple character in both aroma and taste, but a touch thin in its texture.

Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart appels, funky - farmyard, apple, sugary apples. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat.
