Established in 1841
In 1896, we started to sell our cider from our farm shop in Street.
We make our cider by blending juice from apples all grown locally in the farm’s orchards. The cider is fermented in wooden barrels and sold draught from the wood.

BIAB @ Shrewsbury Hotel. Pours murky orange. Character is sharp & thorny with scuzzy tannins. Not my go-to style of cider I have to say.

Cask @ Trades Club, Hebden Bridge. Hazy pale light green in colour. It doesn’t feel its strength with a fairly light texture and has plenty of fruitiness in both aroma and taste.

Cask - Light crisp apple with a mild honey sweetness. Cloudy pale gold with no head. Acidity from the apples is very nicely balanced with the honey. Dry finish and quite nice.
