Bottle as Primator Maibock. Clear golden body with a large white head. Light sulfur on the aroma with large notes of diacetyl, butterscotch and caramel. Flavors are less flawed (still some noticeable diacetyl), but further notes are grainy, bready, melanoidins, toasty and still a bit buttery. Lively and crisp.

From Zly Casy. Pours dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is dark roasted, earthy and breadish malty. Sweet, roasted malty and distinct liqourice. Slight bitter and lasting malty finish. Nice.

Black with a tiny, off-white head. Malty aroma with loads of toffee, dark caramel and a touch of chocolate. Sweet toffee and milk chocolate flavour with a thin and faintly roasted finish

Bottled. Clear golden, airy head. Spicy nose. Clean and realy sharp mouthfeel. Metallic and razorblade thin. Strangely watery and inhomogenous, weird resiny bitterness. Hopefully I’ll never be a diabetic...

Bottle 50 cl. Golden clear with a large head. A malty and carmel aroma with some alcohol sence. The taste is sweet, malt with a bitter aftertaste, very little alcohol taste, ok.

500 ml bottle, ABV is 5.5%. Might be imported to Norway. Amber colour, big head, slightly off-white. Strong aroma of butterscotch and caramel. Fresh and soft mouthfeel, just the right carbonation in the glass. The flavour has also butterscotch (too much) and caramel. Some hops in the finish.

500 ml bottle, ABV is 5%. Might be imported to Norway. Golden colour, big and lasting white head. Moderate "dusty" aroma, notes of hay. Fresh and soft mouthfeel, moderate carbonation in the glass. Medium sweet flavour, hints of honey and butterscotch, moderate bitterness, very drinkable but not exceptional.

Fresh and soft mouthfeel, moderate carbonation in the glass. The flavour is nicely balanced between the malts and hops, hints of butterscotch and honey again, medium bitterness.

500 ml bottle, ABV is 7.5%. Will probably be imported to Norway soon. Deep golden colour, big white head. Aroma of malts with a hint of caramel, also floral hops, a hint of honey. The medium sweet flavour is moderately malty with some honeyish notes, a hint of caramel again. The alcohol is noticeable, but not as disturbing as in some Scandinavian lagers of this strength. Medium bitter hops in the finish.
