Sehr süßer Antrunk, etwas malzig. Dies gerät aber nach und nach in den Hintergrund, da dieSüße mit der Zeit viel zu stark wird. bottle from Pivní Galerie. Clear amber/mahogany colour, large head. Full-bodied, malty with lots of good hops. Intensively hoppy with a solid malt base. Pleasant carbonation and it really tastes like an English Pale Ale. I really loved this one.

bottle from Pivní Galerie. Clear golden colour, lovely creamy head. The aroma is a bit unusual and does not remind me of beer very much. Nevertheless, the beer itself tastes great. Very malty start with a touch of fruit and then a good portion of Zatec/Saaz hops which results in a lingering and intensively hoppy-bitter finish. Very good indeed.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a longlasting white head. Fruity malty bready aroma with some hints of hops. Sweet malty bready hoppy flavor. Has a long sweet malty finish.

Leicht herber Antrunk, dann setzt das Malz ein, mild, aber nachdrücklich und mit dezenter Süße. Hintergründig wird es etwas röstmalzig, das Bier bleibt leicht Süße und wird hopfiger, was sich aber in Grenzen hält. Dazu wird das Bier im Mittelteil auch herber, mit dem soliden Malzgrundton bildet es das Hauptaroma. Im nachgeschmack weiter röstmalzig-süß, dazu deutlich hopfig als bisher. Angenehm. Test vom 8.1.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,10,12,11,11,11 - 10,90

Getreidig-muffiger Antrunk mit leichter Fruchtsüße. Ab dem Mittelteil wird das Bier schon wieder milder und so kommt es, dass sich gar kein eigener Charackter entwickelt. Getreidig-mild, etwas grasig zum Schluss, in dem auch eine leichte Hopfigkeit aufkommt. Test vom 17.12.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,6,5,5,10,6 - 6,50

No. 1 Road and Westminster Hwy is where this joint is located. They have a decent selection - I’ve found new sake there and they’re bringing in a mixed Unibroue gift pack shortly. Anyway, they had this one on the shelf so I snapped it up.
Cloudy straw, thin head. Heavy pear ester with a hint of banana. Body is medium. Light yeastiness on the palate with pear, banana. Delicate spice in the somewhat watery finish.

bottle from Pivovarsky Klub Praha. Clear, golden colour, large and persistent head. Grainy and malty. Light-bodied and a bit sweet. Good thirst-quencher.

Bottled. Ambery golden colour, mediumsiuzed creamy head. Aroma is malts, hops and grass. Flavour is very much the same along with quite much fruity hops in it. Wellbalanced. Could do with a bit more depth.

Hazy copper-amber. Toasty, alcoholy nose that reminds me of Bucanero Max. Slightly dry character, mild toastiness, full body. Big alcohol signature but balanced by a fat, tangy maltiness and lots of caramel. Brawny stuff.
