75cl bottle from National Brewery Centre, Burton on Trent. Pours a misty yellow, funky nose. Taste is typically spanish, sharp sour apple, a touch musty with a gentle acidic twang. Nice sidra.

Many thanks for this cider to Jacek Wigier (wineofdreams@gmail.com).

Bottle shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 03.08.19. Cloudy yellow. No head. Very refreshing and complex aroma and taste of wild apples, leather, cinnamon and some apple zest. Some bitterness. Dry and astringent.

bottle. clear yellow, small white head. aroma of tart and sour cider apples, as well as leather. aroma as an authentic spanish cider. flavor has a little leather, a lot of natural apple juice, and only a little bit of sourness and tartness, however the cider is quite refreshing, not cloying, the taste reminds me of danish alc. free ciders, probably because of the sweeter than normal cider.
Polslodki, jabkowy sensu stricte, bez dzikusow, bez tanin...

From 70cl bottle. Pours pale orange gold with some carbonation when poured the Asturian way (from up above). Aroma is dominant in apples, and with sapidity. Body is light, with low carbonation. Taste has some sweetness, some marked acidity and saltines. Finish is short.
