Tiny fizzy shortlasting head, slightly hazy light yellowish color. Aroma is slightly dry funky fruity, apple peel, sour apples, minerals, grass, apple cores, hay, brett, fruit stones, mild vinegar. Taste is dry funky sour-ish, apple cores, brett, sorrel, sour apples, citrus acid, minerals, mild vinegar, unripe berries. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice.

750ml bottle. No. 038904. Sparkling, deep golden colour with a short-lived fizzy white foam head. Aroma of sour apple, vinegar hint, funky. Taste is tangy apple, juicy, sugary and bittersweet, with wood, leather, barnyard notes and slight drying tannin. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle at our 2nd airbnb adress in Abades, Tenerife. Clear straw with no head retention and nice bubbling in the glass. Smell of gutter, diaper, puke, dead mice juice, big ass mold, and most of all dirty wet dishcloth. Somebody forgot to put the apple in. Oh ma gawd. Sweet, nutty, super moldy and dank in a disgustingly bad and sickly way. Under medium body and soft carbo. This is definately going down the drain.

750 ml corked & caged green "champagne" bottle, from a minimarket in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife. ABV is 4.1%. Very pale golden colour, sparkling, small shortlived head. Aroma of cider apples and sulphites. Medium sweet flavour of dessert apples, cider apples and sulphites.

Taste is slightly sweet and fresh fruity, fresh apples, grass, apple peel, hay, minerals, fresh strawberries, sorrel. Medium bitterness, fresh fruity mouthfeel. Nice and refreshing.

750 ml corked (but not "caged") green "wine" bottle, from Vinmonopolet Verksgt., Stavanger. ABV is 6%. Spontanously fermented, organic, no additives. Slightly hazy straw colour, still cider with only the faintest hint of natural carbonation. Nice aroma of fresh apples. The flavour is mid between dry and sweet (perhaps a tad on the dry side), with notes of cider apples. Easy drinking, okay.

75cl bottle from Ultracominda, Aberytswyth. Drunk in the park one sunny Summer evening. Pours clear gold. Light custardy apple fruit aroma. Spritzy carbonation with a light, breezy fruity character and a comfortingly Spanish woody sour tingle on the finish. Very nice.

@Bottleshare avond met @MaartenRF10 75cl fles, meegenomen uit Spanje, schenkt gouden, helder in zonder noemenswaardige kraag, aroma is nou niet echt bijzonder aagenaam, wat naar rottend hout, schimmel kaas. smaken zijn zwaar zoet, suiker, appels, glad, zuurtje, iets droog maar overall wat te zoet. --- Beer merged from original tick of El Mayu on 17 May 2018 at 16:36 - Score: 6
