Bottle 330ml @ fonefan
Pours dark brown with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, bread, chocolate, caramel and coffee. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ America Strikes Back, Ulfborg. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of malt, nuts and coffee. Sweet flavour of malt and caramel, with notes of dark chocolate, coffee and liquorice. Bitter and slightly metallic finish. Not bad, but would be better without the metallic note.

Bottle, 12%. Almost black with small light brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, caramel, little coffee with notes of liquorice. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, sweet, notes of alcohol, caramel, little liquorice and a little bitter.

Bottle. Creamy lightbrown excellent fully lasting head. Black colour. Heavy malty and hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter wonderfull complex flavor. Long great heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate. World class.

On tap. Hazy orangish brown body, light brown head. Aroma of caramel, cocoa and lots of citrusy hops. Taste of piny, citrusy hops, chocolate and caramel. Perhaps it’s just me, but I couldn’t quite get the reisins that were used during the maturation, but still very nice.

Bottle @ Torben Mathews tasting. Huge head with excellent duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich roast malt, lactose sugar, chocolate, coffee, licorice and hops.
