Draft. A black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, alcohol, liquorice, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, alcohol, liquorice, and chocolate, leading to a dry roasted finish. A bit odd on my tastebuds.

0.33l bottle. Pitch black body, light brown head. Aroma of coffee, dark rum and smoke. Taste of coffee, smoke, vanilla and floral hops. Very nice.

Fra flaske på Cardinaltreff des-13: "Del med en venn eller bli brisen alene" - vi delte så godt vi kunne. Lysebrunt skum, mil, rund og god smak, en behagelig tørrhet med et snev av restsødme. Imponerende lett for så høy ampere, her kan jordrotasjonen fort gjøre seg gjeldende hos egoister. En av kveldens højdare. Ekstrapoeng for den detaljerte forbrukerinformasjonen på halsen (maltprofil, humleskjema med koketider, gjær, OG, FG, IBU og EBC. Slik skal det gjøres! Jeg sjekket nøye, men fant ingenting av bryggerens skjegg i bunnen av flasken. Fra fat på Cardinal mai-14: samme flotte helhetsinntrykket, tørr og fin og lekkert drikkbar.

Big brown creamy looooooonglasting head. Aroma is very rich, slightly sweet hoppy, dark malts, sweet licorice, coffee, lots of hops, rubber, dark berries, dark sugar, caramel, pine needles, hints of unripe banana and alcohol far back. Taste is loaded with hops, dark malts, burnt coffee, licorice, pine needles, dark sugar, alcohol, dark berries. Longlasting bitterness. Nice, but too hoppy taste.

hazy pale yellow colour, off-white head which fully disappears quickly; aroma of coconut, sauerkraut and citrus;taste is dominated by hoppy bitterness with citrussy notes and coconut with sweetness; significant bitter aftertaste; not bad, quite complex APA
