Ogi’s, from Budapest. Poured a misty dark amber body with a small white head. Plum candy in the nose, sweet, smells like satiainen. Plum & bosnian chocolate (cheap, pretty bad, yet still chocolate and as such passable). Light tanginess near the end. Very nice for a fruit beer - I liked it way much than the other two did.

Bottle from Békésszentandrás. Thanks to my colleague for bringing it to me. It pours like a full bodily beer. Viscously, but the head is disappearing a few seconds later and no lace rests. The texture is sirupy and oily, very alcoholic. Aroma is like some cognac. Strong and sweet. Barley malts come to my mouth. Almost no carbonation. It seems like ginger tonic without head and carbonation. The body is not as thick as I first thought, the alcohol is very dominating, making this beer quite one-dimensional. It fully lacks hops and yeast resulting to have not been a living beer. It is not my favorite, but a strange experience. Go on Békésszentandrás!

From Csak a jo sör of course, shared with ogivlado and my gf who "replaced" heavy as the third person in our tasting. Anyway. Poured a clear red body with a creamy pinkish head. Vinuous cherry nose, sweet of course. Blanced sweet cherry taste, some notes of cherry Pez candy, slightly chalky. Not bad at all.

Bottled, thanks Marko! Clear cherry red, small head. Sweet cherry aroma. Sweet and light bodied with crisp bready malt and ripe cherries. Low bitterness. A bit too sweet, but quite interesting.

Bottled 330ml. -Deep black coloured, small beige head that went away fast, blueberry in the nose. Mild roasted malt and coffee taste with blueberry which is totally dominant. Alcohol well hidden, oily finish. Interesting but didn’t impressed me much.

One of ogivlados (thanks!). Poured an opaque dark brown body with a small brownish head. Pungent bilberry nose ending dry, light alcohol. The taste is unique and very interesting, basically a lovely bilberry-like fruitiness fighting with interesting roasty underlying coffee-like body ending with ashy bitterness, but in the end they aren’t mixing that perfectly in my opinion. Hoped it would be better, but it seems to be just slightly overhyped. In any caste, interesting!

Bottled. An almost black beer with an orangey head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, alcohol, bread, and nuts, leading to a dry finish.
