We are a small scale microbrewery, which allows us to concentrate more on quality than quantity. Hops are re-sealed with a vacuum sealer after use and kept in a freezer for freshness. It also allows us to design new beers without worrying about securing huge amounts of ingredients. So Dog's Window progressed from homebrew to what you see today.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours mostly clear gold with a frothy, white head. Light sweet flavour with dry, piney hops, crispy pale malts, orange peel. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Dry and bitter finish, more pine, sun-baked pale malts. Nicely clean and dry.

Big opaque beer, thick tan head. Flavour has vanilla, anise, a little chocolate, a little booze, some smooth oats, a little booziness. A nice balance, sweet but the boozy warmth evens it out and very drinkable.

Bottleshare at Craft Beer Junction. Thanks to me for the can. Hazy gold beer, small whitish head. Airy palate, fairly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Airy malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Mild grain. Quad spice into fairy strident sweetish bubblegum and fruity esters. Light and semi dry finish leaves a spicy linger. Decent quad that feels a little tripelish.

440ml can, 5.7 % abv, bought at A Hoppy Place in Windsor. Shared with Finn on a LNER Azuma train to Newcastle. Steady white head, upper part lacing on the glass, opaque grey-golden body. Moderate smell of doughy fruits. Wheat fruity flavours, hints of pineapple and mango, kveik yeast beneath. Soft fruity ending with noticeable bitterness. Just okay. (18.03.2024).

Delt med Rune på LNER Azuma mellom London og Newcastle. Appelsinfarget. Uklar. Luftig kremaktig skum. Litt lacing. Aroma av tropisk frukt. Smaken det samme. Søt.
New brewery for me, and this is a decent intro. Malt-driven, with a good hoppy, bitter finish. Drinking whilst our dogs have a scrap with each other so not sure if it's working or not...

440ml can. Pours a hazy golden orange, big white head. Aroma of ripe tropical fruit, orange and pineapple. Taste is initially sweet with ripe mango, papaya, orange and pineapple, peach, and finishing with decent piney citrusy bitterness. Medium bodied. Almost like a west coast east coast hybrid this - soft juicy fruitiness but some solid bitterness at the end.
