Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours translucent gold with a white head that fizzed away. Aroma of Brett , wood and citrus. Med body or nearly. Flavor is mandarin and Brett. Wood notes. More wine wood than musty wood. Fairly dry. Not bitter, xpt for citrus. Brett? Yeah! There's a really nice, not super horse blanket, Brett flavor. Nice enough to put in the Orval flavor category - tho this is NOT Orval. Really approachable Brett ale. Outstanding.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours coppery/amber with a near white head. Aroma is floral, slightly, slightly roasty malt, and a touch of pale stone fruit. Med body or nearly. Flavor is floral/pale stone fruit with mild caramel support. Fruitier than bitters I can recall. Dryish. Mildly bitter. Lightly malty. Except for the fruitiness it seems to be on style.

Can shared by Marcus. Pours coppery gold with a slight white head. Aroma seems very citrus. Maybe pale stone fruit as well. Med body or a bit less. Flavor is lightly malty with citrus hop. For some reason pale lager came to my mind. Weird. Not exciting for me.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours translucent orange tinged gold with a white head. Aroma is mixed fruit/floral. Med + body. Flavor is light caramel support for floral and mixed tropical/pale stone fruits. Approaches juicy, so it’s not extremely dry, but there’s enough bitter to balance. At a guess the fruit is citrus and mango and possibly passionfruit. There’s a slight spice aspect. Laid back and tasty.

Cap at Cap Hop. Pours brassy gold with a white head that laces. Med body. Flavor is very slightly bready, lightly earthy, a bit floral. Pretty dry; decently bitter. Arguably it’s a beginner’s saison, but it’s very, very drinkable.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma is very mild food me - seems floral/citrus. Med body. Flavor could be floral/citrus, but there’s more. Something herb or evergreen. It’s a little bit juicy, it’s fairly dry, not especially hoppy, and decently bitter. Pretty nice brew.

Taster at 2 Tread. Pale golden with wispy head. Light grainy aroma, paper. Taste is more of the wet paper, biscuits flavors. Small hops bite at the back. Not exciting, but true to style.
