Tulip at the brewery - black pour - wow, this really does taste like French toast - in imperial stout form - strong, dense chocolate from the malt, cinnamon, vanilla - a little booze, dark fruit - pretty tasty.

Tulip at the brewery - hazy gold - super dry brew - peppery, with a slight earthy funkiness to it - floral hops, light to moderate acid, touches of tropical fruit - pretty good.

Bottle thanks to Mike! Pours hazy reddish hazel, medium off-white head that dissipates slowly and laces well. Aroma is raspberries, brett, lemon, roasty notes. Flavor is light plus tart, toasted toffee and raspberries. Medium body. Solid.

Bottle thanks to Mike! Pours crystal clear orange hazel, small off-white head, dissipates fairly quickly, good lacing. Aroma is oak, date, caramel, fig, cherry, funk, basement. Flavor is medium plus tart, light funk, dark fruits and oak tannins. Medium body. Aggressively sour. Pretty solid.
