Draught at source: pours black with off white head. Aroma is farmhouse funkiness, light toastiness, some earthiness that I imagine would be from the mushrooms. Interesting. Almost sour. Farmhousey. Pretty good. Very drinkable and off-kilter.

Nitro at source: pours nitro dark brown with beige head. Aroma is baking chocolate and some toast. Taste is light bitterness, smooth. Easy to drink.

Draught at the source: weirdly hazy with white head. Aroma is loads of tropical fruit, but not the usual suspects. Taste is bitter and a little sharp but still juicy. I like this hop.

Draught at the source: pours clear gold white head. Aroma is rye spice, buttered popcorn and tropical fruits. Taste is moderately bitter and spicy, but clean in a way that shows the hops and the rye malt.

Draught at the source: pours lightly hazy deep gold with frothy head. Aroma is clearly farmhouse ale (sans the yeast), straw and spice. Lightish and sweaty body. Spicy finish. Little buttery at finish too.

22oz bomber (yes a bomber) pours brown. Gushed a rocky tan head. Nose has toast, lightly vegetal, earthy. Flavor has some celery, big grain, malt, toast. Peppery, high carb distracts. 7 5.5 5.5 5 5

Clear burnt orange with some lacey white head. Nose is muted though, some citrus and soap, a little malt. Flavors follow. It isn't bad, its just very underdone. Little crystal malt maybe. Lightly bitter on the finish. 7 6 6 6 6

Sample at the brewery. Dark for a barleywine. Near black, opaque, creamy khaki head. Looks like impy stout. Smells like impy stout. Chocolate syrup and black licorice, raisinette. Flavor is caramel and cocoa. Booze. Coconut arrives but its very nuanced. Thick, hot, sweet finish.

Pint at the brewery pours gold, a finger of white head. Some haze over the body. Nose is nice, grass and fresh cream, dried herbs. Light crackery grist, grassy, zippy. Easy drinker. Crisp. Dry. Lightly bitter.
