Dark brown, cola, lacy, pour @the taproom. Might have forgotten to scribble down anything about the nose. Acidic, dark roast, rich, softly smokey, bitter dirty earth, dark chocolate ending, itchy malt finish. Stiff coffee. Okay to good. I think I'm done here.

Vegas outpost, it's still September. Dark brown, opaque, lingering froth. Half sweet, leathery, crusty char, salt. 11/10 nose. Classic dunkel goodness, extra fresh. Toasty crust, earthy bitterness, not quite cooked out flour, Malta, nice itch at the end. Very, very good.

Pale, clear, barely gold pour at the Vegas taproom. Heavy mandarin oil & cracker nose. Taste flips & is mostly clean lager with hints of orange & lime bitterness. Better than solid crusher.

Vegas outpost, surprisingly okay beers here. Clear, gray gold, metallic, frothy pour. Vanilla, grain, sugar, straw nose. Taste is grainy, half tart, good oily coconut, powdery soft ube. It's pretty solid.

Vegas outpost. The bus stops is close by if you don't want to burn $20 on a cab each way. Clear, pale, dull, weak head. Pineapple, apple, savory, oddly good space on the nose. Fruity, lemon, tropical, varnish, salt, cracker, dusty dry finish. Good.

Vegas outpost, September, still chugging. Spiced, dry, sharp wood, half sweet lots of pepper. Spicy, lingering prickly pepper heat, light astringency, soft spice that's noticeable & probably the cedar. Thin, slight sweetness, bit of house acid, lovely dry malt. End is the always on black pepper heat. Lovely.
