Bottle. Clear amber body with a thin off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of wood, dried grass and dirt. Flavour of red apple, earth and wood. Thin body with a watery texture. Soft fizz. Simple and easy to drink.

Cask @ Wapentake, Leeds. Clear golden with a creamy-frothy head. Has some dry citrus notes with a fruity bitterness to it. Light lemon and grapefruit are here alongside pineapple.

Cask at the White Lion, Covent Garden. Pours bright gold with a small head. Aroma is pineapple and lemon. Taste has sweet mango to start and a bitter grassy finish.
