On tap at Bottleworks. Pours murky yellow with white head. Aroma has a nice musty straw character, some bugs and saison yeast underneath. Flavour has dry wood, bugs, saison yeast, dry grass. There is a lingering bitterness on the palate that's a bit unpleasant. On the dry and bitter side, but very solid.

5oz. Appearance: almost clear pale golden with a white head. Aroma: nice funk, citrusy, Brett, some oak. Taste: along the same lines with a nice balance of funk, rustic notes. Brett is fine at first, but then in aftertaste ot is getting over the edge for my taste. Overall: pretty good.

Pale, not much head. Mild tartness, the chardonnay is doing its annoying butter thing, a bit slick, which is probably pedio. This is a chaos agent. Not really hitting for me.

On tap at Brouwer's Cafe for Barrel Bash (Big Wood) 2023, pours a mostly clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy, murky rustic saison yeast and a subdued, fuzzy, obscured peaches. Flavour has a lot of seltzery, grainy notes, subdued tertiary-use peaches, and a hint of oak. Very grainy and seltzery finish. Okay.

500mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma has some buttery Chardonnay grape must, some rustic notes, and a little oak. Flavour is full of musty Chardonnay grape skins, plenty of bugs, a touch of oak, and a nice lively carbonation. Lots of Chardonnay and bugs on the finish. Excellent.
