Description
Lancaster Brewery is a multi-award-winning regional brewer of beautiful beers, born and brewed in the North West of England.

Our beer is available far and wide, in cask and in bottles in great pubs across the UK and as far afield as Latvia and China. Stockists also include supermarkets and off licenses regionally and nationally.

We do brewing properly. No fuss, no shortcuts, just proper old fashioned brewing using Freshly milled malt (milled on site the same day that we brew), whole-leaf hops and live yeast that, combined with our expertise, produces some of the best beer in the country.

Our purpose build brewery has been built to be sustainable with our power coming from solar panels on our roof and all our used malt going to feed local free range pigs. We take the environment and our local community seriously, hosting a series of festivals each year at our Brewery site in Lancaster for people to enjoy.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are malt, caramel and hops. Semi bitter finish.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity - berries, light roasted. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100612]

Bottle. Thanks to Scheffel. Pours clear amber with a small creamy head and lacings. Bread, toffee and heavy diacetyl. Medium bodied. Very buttery

Bottle @ Brugmansia/Fonefan Tasting, June 2010. Pours clear amber with a small bubbly white head. Vague caramel, bread and fruit. Medium to watery body. Quite anonymous.

Bottled. Amber colour, not much head. Aroma is caramel malts, some mild hops and leathery notes. flavour is much the same with some rubber added.

Bottle, 4.9%. Weak metallic aroma. Clear amber colour. Very small white head. The flavour is a little roasted, has a bit of rough hoppiness. OK.

Clear amber with a tiny white short lasting head. Sweet aroma with toasted malt, caramel and hints of hops. Flavour had toasted malt, caramel and spicy hops. Finished dry and bitter.
