Bottled 330ml. -at Le Bio d’Adam et Eve, Paris. Pale golden coloured, small airy white head, big bubbles of carbonation, not so pleasant nose of something undefined. Vegetables and sweet potatoes with something undefined and very dry (probably quinoa but who knows). Rather watery also. Overall might be interesting but really NOT GOOD. 5.50€ for this...aaaaa....Why I ordered this??? Oh, yes I should ask Maja for the answer.

Bardzo smaczne piwo w stylu klasztornym z Bretonii. Mętnawo purpurowy kolor tego piwa ciekawi. Mocna piana bez ziarna. W smaku trochę cierpkie i zdecydowanie treściwe. Zapach intensywnie kwiatowo-różany

Bottled, 0.75l. Pours clear deep golden with large creamy tan head that’s lasting quite long, carbonation is lively. Strong aroma of juniper, cognac, vanilla and herbal hops. Taste of sweet malt is followed by caramel and herbal notes. Finish is medium hoppy, while in the aftertaste alcohol note and roastiness are present, too. Full body, oily texture and soft carbonation in palate. Interesting...
