Bottled. Clear, deep golden with a large, off-white head. Fruity aroma with hops, pineapple and pine. The flavor has hops, fruits, pine and some sweetness. Medium body. A nice pale ale, not world-class though. (061007)

Black with a OK lasting white head. Aroma of coffee & roasted malts - very fine. Taste pretty much the same. Little watery body. Finish has an easy bitter hop bite. Like stated earlier, pretty good for a bear under a dollar!!

Dark brown almost black with little quick disappearing white head. Aroma of roasted malts chocolate/coffee. Little carbonation. Ok filling body (not near thick though) Slight hoppy finish. Pleasant overall but could use a more powerfull punch in form of smoke/hops. OK

(Bottle 33 cl) Clear pilsener golden with a small, creamy head that leaves laces. A vague malty aroma. Thin and watery body with weak accents of malt and a dry finish. Not unpleasant, just very bland. 100906 (Bottle 33 cl) As "Vestfyen JA Pilsner". Clear, pilsener golden in the paler end of the scale. A creamy white head leaves some laces. Aroma dominated by brewing cereal - corn in this case. The body is thin and sloppy with discreet touches of hops and a metallic edge. Standard discount fare. 3/3/3/2/7=1.8 210806 (Bottle 33 cl) As "Vestfyen KC Pilsner". Clear pilsener golden with a small, creamy head that leaves laces. A vague malty aroma. Thin and watery body with weak accents of malt and a dry finish. Not unpleasant, just very bland. 3/3/3/2/6=1.7 100906 (Bottle 33 cl) As "Vestfyen Krudtugle Pilsner". Very pretty, dark golden golour (colourings) with a nice but not very stable head. Very watery with only a faint touch of hops in the finish to add character. 080799

Bottled. Looks nice, with a clear, copper color with light carbonation and a nice, dense beige head leaving nice lacings. Sugar, malt, caramel, some roasted notes and hints of alcohol in the aroma. The flavor has the same elements, but with more focus on alcohol, but not too much. Some beef-notes stock too. Medium body and a sweet finish where the alcohol finally shows itselves fully. The blueberryflavor that has been added leaves almost no traces. (060910)
