750ml bottle thanks to footbalm. Pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is sweet fruit notes belg yeast candy notes and some crisp hops. Taste is more of the nice sweet malts spice and that belg yeast kick.

Draft: Poured a murky brown color ale with a medium size light brown foamy head. Aroma of caramelized malt with some citrusy hops with light tropical notes. Taste is a caramelized malt notes which somewhat clash with some citrusy notes with light tropical notes with a dry bitter finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Weird mix that isn’t working that well.

A deep dark brown ale with a thin lacing brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of dark fruits, molasses, plums, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, sweet caramel malt with dark fruits, molasses, alcohol warmth, light licorice, very nice and complex. On tap at L'autre Oeil.

Bouteille 500 ml. Olfactif au miel odorant où ressort un caractère très légèrement fruité et épicé. Liquide doré ambré, limpide et effervescent, avec une mousse d’épaisseur moyenne. Fruité et épicé en entrée de bouche, elle se prolonge en amertume prenante. Un petit quelque chose de désagréable dans le fruité que je ne saurais nommer. L’amertume résineuse et herbacée est trop sévère. Pas très épaté.

A deep dark stout with a thin brown head. In aroma a nice sweet chocolate malt with faint coconut notes, light vanilla , nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice bitter chocolate with coffee grind, coconut grind, liquid Nanaimo bar, very nice. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau été 2018.
