Pours clear gold into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Honey and hay aromas. Soft with sweet caramel and honey upfront turning to hot hay before the medium length earthy hop finish.

(Bottle, 0.75 l - bottled on 18/01/2017, thanks VastActiv, at tiong's tasting, 20180309) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized, white and it lasted long. Aroma had fruitiness, honey and Belgian style yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fresh dates, honey, grass, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had dates, honey and bitterness. A very good hoppy tripel.

Bottle at tiong's, Espoo. Bottled 2017/01/18. Colour is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Sweetness, some honey, some spices, some ripe fruits and malts. Strange mix between tripel and Belgian strong ale. Surprisingly fresh.

75cl bottle. Thanks Vastactiv! Bottled 2017/01/18 Poured deep golden color with a thick white head. Spicy, Belgian notes, dry fruits in aroma. Dry fruits, spices, hops. Dates as well. Long finish, full bodied.

Pours clear gold into a snifter. Bright white head with good retention recedes to coat surface. Caramel, bread, hay and candi aromas. Sharp with sweet candi and herbal yeast upfront turning to bitter earth in the lasting finish.
