Taster at the Park City spot. Pours moderately hazed yellow with solid white head. Moderate hop fruit on both the aroma and flavor. Could have squeezed more hop aspects out of this, yet a nice session.

From can to glass at the Waldorf Astoria in Park City. Pours a golden-copper with off-white head. Moderate orange and malt mix well together, although a bit heavy on the malt.

Quarantine Beer #094 sampled at home on 04/30/2020. Black pour with some brown around the edges and a medium tan head that diminishes gradually to a wispy film. Small patches of lacing. Aroma of roast malt, chocolate and anise. Full-bodied with flavors of charred malt, dark chocolate, black licorice and coffee. The finish is roasty with a malt and anise aftertaste. Pretty good beer all around.

12 ounce can from Happy Harry's 45th St Fargo, 8/19/20. Slightly hazy orange, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of pineapple, mango, pale malt. Taste is melon, pine, tropical fruit, pale malt. Medium bodied, moderate bitterness. Maybe the booze but something slightly chemical. Overall decent.

12 ounce can from Happy Harry's 45th St. Fargo, 8/19/20. Murky orange, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of melon, dank, plum, grain. Taste is pale malt, grain, honey, apricot. melon. Medium bodied, low bitterness.

Perfectly clear golden and peach coloured body with barely a thin, pure white head that shows up on top somehow and fades away a few seconds later - oddly small. Aroma of deep pungent yeast, flowers, alcohol, candy sugar, bubble gum and some deep coriander seed freshness - strong throughout. Full-bodied; Very rich malt notes hit hard along with the pungent belgian yeast notes with a good deal of alcohol and pure sweetness from bananas and candy sugar coupled with some spicy elements of the coriander seed and cloves, plus the spicey yeast qualities. Aftertaste shows the rich malts and yeast stronger than most else with the sugars and spices also showing through, but the body remains deep and strong throughout and while not difficult to get down, definitely shows the quality of the Belgian Tripel and hits the notes that the style should have. Overall, a nice and respectable beer for the style with a ton of flavours, most of the good and deep with an assertive amount of both body and alcohol - both of which show through more than the other characteristics and remain throughout. Good to sample while in town, even though it was from a can I had to pour myself. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased at the Squatter's BrewPub in [downtown] Salt Lake City, Utah on 04-August-2020 for US$6,00.

Crisp golden coloured body with a nice, three to four centimetre tall pure white, microbubbled (of course) head that clearly shows the nitrogen. Aroma of quite nice coffee skins with a touch of brewed coffee as well, but there is also some mild malt characteristics and a dash of earthiness, all quite strong for being on nitrogen and being a cream ale in the first place. Light to Medium-bodied; Velvety texture at first with a good deal of lactose and creaminess along with a superb coffee and white chocolate flavour with a good deal of earthiness and some softer grain, without any real nuttiness or bitterness at all. Aftertaste shows the chocolate and coffee with a good kick of lactose and some of the nice textures at the end, but relatively easy-drinking from the malt perspective. Overall, a nice and well-balanced cream ale with a bunch of deeper (coffee and chocolate) flavours, while still remaining easy-drinking and incredibly smooth (due to the nitrogen). Great to sample and well-recommended if you can find it or if you find yourself here in Salt Lake City for some reason! I sampled this sixteen ounce pint, on nitrogen/draught at the Squatter's Brewpub in [downtown] Salt Lake City, Utah on 04-August-2020 for US$6,00 sampled with my family on the last day of our Summer Vacation out West before heading back home to Washington.
