Sampled on draft this beer poured a dark brown color with a large foamy beige head that lingered and produced good lacing. The aroma was sour, vingeary, dryish and a bit roasty. The flavor was dry, woody and chalky with hints of smoke and roasty malts. Long dry woody finish. Eh.
