Hazy gold beer, tidy off white head. Palate is airy, mildly dry and has decent fine carbonation. Modest sourness. Mellow lemon and lime. Dry seltzer. Nice floral lime finish. A little thin but nicely flavoured.

Bottle from Drink? Hebden Bridge. Hazed pale golden with sediment and a small carbonation. There’ was not a lot to suggest Berliner Weiss for me, more like wine in fact. There’s an initial sweetness followed by a long dry sourness and lots of lemon tartiness.

Almost clear gold beer, tidy off white head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has modest fine carbonation. Smooth light malt base, a touch of sweetness. Fair bit of herb here - duh! Floral herb, bitter herb, slightly minty - lemon herb. Finishes light with more bitter herb. An interesting beer but I couldn’t drink a lot of this.

Cask gravity at the London drinker fest 2016. Light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a thin lasting white head. Aroma is grassy citrus, hay, biscuit, hints of caramel, apple. Flavour is composed of dry powdery grains, straw, bitter lemon, tangy finish. Palate is dry and pithy, grain tannin, moderate cask condition. Very drying finish. Aggressive harsh bitterness is somewhat our of balance.
