Bottle 330ml. @ [ Højbjerg Tasting ] - Saxo House, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark. [ As Freedom Pale ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sweet malt - cookie, pale malt, light fruity. Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich hops, fruits, flowers, citrus and malt. Nice bitter finish.

Keg at the Lansdowne, Leicester. Golden, clear and fizzy fizzy fizzy fizzy. A decent-sized loose white head. Light aroma of metal, hay, lime and a touch of vinegar, some corn, some vanilla. Despite the smell, it actually tastes quite good: sweet without being sickly with a punch of spicy grain. Some sourness just at the finish with soft citrus and cereal notes in the aftertaste. Carbonation looks heavier than it is, it isn't too harsh on the palate. It's not too interesting but it's better than a lot of widely-available keg lagers/pils.
