Description
We are an independent craft brewer specialised in brewing lager. Born in London in 1995, we have since moved to Abbots Bromley in rural Staffordshire. Relocating has allowed us to use a better quality of water direct from our very own private source. The move also provided us with the space we need to recycle all our waste water on site via a natural reed bed system. All the beers we brew are naturally carbonated, unpasteurised and vegan friendly. Our brewing process blends the use of modern technology and sophisticated equipment with the care and dedication of our experienced team of "hands on" brewers to ensure all our beers are well balanced and consistent in quality.

Keg at the Queen of Bradgate, Leicester. Deep golden with a slight white head. Low aroma of grain and a touch of nectarine. Bitter taste, unremittingly so, with a plastic-laden finish and aftertaste. Nicely carbonated for what itโs worth but this isnโt a great beer. Instantly forgettable.

Bottle at the Botanist, Marlow. Gold with a middling fizz and a thin white head. Fresh bread and lemon with a touch of sourness, a mild bitterness and a touch of grass. Pleasantly refreshing if a little simple. Went surprisingly well with the fennel in my wifeโs salad when I tasted a bit of that.

Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and finely minerally crisp. Thin malts, mildly sweet. Decent hop spice. Tangy spicy orange that gets bitterish. Little tangerine. Light dry finish. Clean and reasonably hoppy. No real lager character.
