Description
At our Canterbury based brewery & taproom we make hop-forward, delicious, flavourful beer, brewed with the finest ingredients; beer that makes people smile, liquid sunshine, to be enjoyed with friends, family or whoever makes you you.

We wanted to create a community driven brewery building a culture that does well and does good, holding charity events to support the community in which we work. We will endeavour to grow slowly, create an environment of employment that educates and is enjoyable to work in and, like our beer, we will never be rushed. Our beer is unfiltered for the utmost flavour, always vegan and best enjoyed fresh.

Panda from Colin. Cheers. Hazy gold. Thin foamy white head. Aroma has a sour herbal, citrus, vinous streak over soft fruit. Flavourwise there's initial sweet fruit followed by sour bitter herbs and vinous notes. The sweetness is in for the duration though. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A mild haze on this gold beer, small bubbly cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a fair degree of creamy sweetness. Cooling pine into mildly candy fruit hops and a little stone fruits. Mild hop spice. Light finish. Very drinkable.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, a mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, a pretty thin creamy sweetness but, it kinda works here. Nice cooling pine, Motueka key lime combo. Nectaron providing a slightly thin but nicely bright stone fruits backdrop. Some limey sherbet on the light crisp finish. Bright, refreshing and very crushable.
