Cask handpull at The Foundry Canterbury. Some ginger but a little thin. Ok though. Just not quite there. Nope not much condition. Couldnโt finish it.

Cask handpull The Foundry Canterbury. Very dark brown beer. Lasting tan head. More a black ipa I thought. Some chocolate some lime hop. Itโs decent. But black ipa is not my favourite style.

Cask. Appearance is very dark brown, with a beige foamy clingy head. Aroma- dark fruits, malty. Hint of dark chocolate. Taste- very malty, bitter hop undertones, raisin, prune hints, lasting bitter finish. Good winter beer.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Canterbury Oak Aged Wee Heavy ].Unclear medium to dark brown color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, wood, peat, smoke, oak. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, peat, sweet malt, sugary, smoked, oak - wood. Body is medium to full, texture is creamy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20140809]

Bottle from Harrisoni cheers Ian; clear light brown pour with a big frothy off white head, dark malt and chocolate aroma, taste has some roast smokey malts, dark fruit, bold chocolate powder, pleasant.

Bottle from Harrisoni cheers Ian; clear amber pour with a thin white head, aroma has toffee and some pale malt action, taste has orange, definitely get some tea as Ian said, toffee brittle.

3.6% goldings. Clear gold lasting white head. Cask handpull Foundry. Tangerine and slighy tea aroma. More hop tea tannin in mouth. Nicely fruity. Good.

Cask gravity at The Foundry. Clear gold lasting cream head. very hoppy with that green hop oil flavour. saison yeast. Just lovely. I really love it saisony highly drinkable lots of hops.

Bottle(RBESG 2014): Hazy, reddish-amber coloured, small - but very stable - creamy tanned head; peaty-toasty and also vinous and oaky aromas in the nose; full sweet flavour, full bodied, as well and quite soft; warming alcohol in the sweet fruity-caramelly finish, followed by a slight malty bitterness in the very end.
