3.8% Black beer lasting pink head. Some fruit on aroma but a lot of dry stout aroma too. Even a touch meaty on the aroma. Some fruit in the mouth some chocolate. Dryish finish. Blackcurrant is pleasant but not impressed with the rest. Ok

Cask handpull at The Foundry Canterbury. Clear gold lasting white head. Citrus hops on the aroma. Some ashtray in the mouth lots of lemon curd towards the end. Some hop on the finish. Good

Cask @ EBF14 2013, 14th Egham Beer Festival, Egham United Services Club (EUSC), 111 Spring Rise, Egham, Surrey, England TW20 9PE.Clear dark black brown color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark fruit, chocolate, light vinegar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, vanilla, sweet fruit - malt, artificial, alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20130328] 6-3-7-3-15 Bottle 330ml. - [ during RBESG14 ]. [ As Canterbury Itzamná ].Clear dark black brown color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to light beige head. Day 2 of the post Xmas Bamberg Jolly, Cafe Abseits Tasting bottle thanks to placid Ian, 25/01/14. Golden amber with a thin off white head. Nose is fresh hops, toasty malts, orange, bread dough. Taste comprises mandarin, straw, bread dough, hoppy backbone. Medium bodied, fine carbonation. Nice easy drinker.

Day 2 of the post Xmas Bamberg Jolly, Cafe Abseits Tasting bottle thanks to happy Ian, 25/01/14. Hazed orange amber with a moderate off white covering. Nose is bitter hops, earthy, orange, caramel. Taste comprises orange, grass, light tropical notes, earthy hop backnotes, bready. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi trying closure. Ok stuff.
