(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 19 nov 2007) Amber colour with frothy white head. Fruity nose with orange, apricots and earthy hops. Fruity taste with notes of orange peel, grapefruit and a nice dose of earthy hops in the finish. Some malt sweetness lingers in the background throughout. Nice session beer with a distinct bitterness.

Cask conditioned at The Lord Rosebery, Scarborough. Served a bit too warm. ABV was 4.2%. Pale golden colour, like a pilsener. Moderate creamy head, nice lacing. Pleasant wheaty and citrussy aroma. Moderate hoppy flavour.

Bottle from Tesco. Poured gold with white bubbly head. Taste was really hoppy with some malts, but other than this it was lacking and despite the nice crisp hoppiness a bit boring.

500ml bottle from Tesco. Gold with disappearing off white. Lots of carbonation though remaining. Some yeast and floral hop aroma. Odd lambicky aroma, bit of farmyard, perhaps infected?? Over carbonated in mouth. Pretty skanky really. Some bizarre golden ale/lager that hasn’t taken well to being bottle conditioned.
