75cl bottle. A clear dark brown beer, no head. Aroma of spices, cinnamon, dark mild sourish malt. Taste of dark spicy brown malt, cinnamon, tobacco, some red fruits.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is smoked, some floral and mild herbal tones. Flavour is floral, some toasted and mild smoked wooden tones as well as some slight rosehip.

0,375 l champagne bottle purchased at the brewery a few weeks ago. Batch WB 0066, BB 06.2024. Black in the glass, smallest fast fading beige head. Rich creamy malty with smooth fruity cognac on the nose. Taste starts dry malty with a big cognac shot and fruity sourness. Increasing dry malty in the second part, some leather, caramel in the background. Really warming great stuff.

0,75 l bottle directly from the brewery. Batch WB0050, BB 09/2022. A darkest brown, nearly black in the glass, small foamy beige head. Sweet berry fruity on the first nose, followed by a soft bourbon sequence. Taste starts dry fruity, berry sourness, some choco and coffee, increasing roasted malt. Dry whiskey with dark choco to the end. Nice one.

0,375 l champagne bottle purchased at the brewery a few weeks ago. Batch WB0065, BB 08/2023 and listed with only 4.8% alc at the label. Cloudy dark golden with an one finger white head. Intensive citrus and pine on the nose. Taste starts with some fruity elements, pine, grape and citrus, hop bitterness. Increasing soft pale grainy dry bitterness in the second part. Nice and easy drinking IPA.

0,75 l bottle purchased at the brewery a few weeks ago. Batch No WB0049. Cloudy orange brown in the glass, small head. Intensive fruity with sourenss on the nose. Taste starts malty with caramel, definitive some sea buckthorn, dry, barrel wood. Increasing honey, coffee and toasted caramel with a soft spot of bitterness. Nice one.

0,375 l bottle purchased at the source a few months ago. BB 03.2024, listed with 10.2% abv on the label. A darkest amber in the glass, small fast fading head. A lot of vanilla vanilla, malt and some whiskey barrel wood on the nose. Taste has also whiskey barrel wood, vanilla and malt. Dark red fruity. Little bit sticky. Slick texture. Alcoholic and mid bitterness. No real carbonation. Nice one!

0,375 l bottle purchased at the brewery a few months ago. Batch WB0035, bottle No. 320. Murky orange brown golden with no head in the glass. Plum, malt and caramel on the nose. Taste starts plum fruity, caramel, low resin, some hop bitterness and alcoholic elements. Little bit wood in the background. Yes it´s warming due to the 10,3 % but also sweet. Increasing bitterness in the aftertaste. Interesting stuff.
