033 l bottle purchased at the brewery. Cloudy darkest red brown in the glass. Smallest fast fading head. Some malt with fruity sourness and barrel wood on the nose. Taste starts also malty with a mid sour fruity section. Increasing malty and soft grainy in the second part. Low carbonation as expected.

0,33 l bottle purchased at the brewery. BB 09/27. Deep red in the glass, slightly cloudy, small short living head. Intensive winery notes on the nose. Soft malt way behind. Taste starts as tart red fruity juice, increasing pale malt on a low dose in the second part. Old school sour cherry lolli pop to the end. Some carbonation. Enjoyable summer stuff.

Bottle 33 cl. Pour a clear, dark golden with a small, rough, off-white head. Flat and lifeless. Heavy acetone aroma, wood and noble rot. Medium body, sharp acetic acid, glue and wood. Close to vinegar. 031224

Draught at Kolding ølmesse 2021. Citric and malty aroma. Dark brown colour. Small head. Vanilla. The flavour is citric. Ok, but too citric for me.

0,75 l bottle purchased at the brewery last December. Very dark brown with reddish edges in the glass. Small short living pale beige head. Dry malty with some choco and berry fruits on the nose. Taste starts with some tart elements, then increasing dry malty, some wood with choco in the background. Little bit sticky. No real carbonation. And yes, alcoholic. Nice.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Deep golden colour, small head. Aroma is fruity, floral, alcoholic and some nectary tones and some toffee. Flavour is nectar, toffee, fruity and some alcohol tones with some mild toffeeish tones.

Many thanks to Erzengel and WillemsUrenkel for sharing this! Beer in the glass dark brown, small head. Dry malty aroma. Starts fine malty with light roasty touch, wood, earhy notes. More and more alcoholic, fruity hints of berries. Finish well balanced. Warming-malty. Nice!

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Deep golden colour, small white head. Aroma is mild spiciness, some floral notes with a wee bit alcohol as well as some leathery elements. Flavour is leathery, some alcohol, floral and spicy tones.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Amber colour, mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is floral, wooden, nutty and some mild earthy tones. Flavour is herbal, grassy, some toasted and mild nutty tones. Quite a boring beer actually.
