0,375 l bottle purchased last May at the brewery. BB 12.2022. Cloudy copper with a more than two finger steady pale beige frothy head in the glass. Intensive citrus hoppy fruity with pine on the nose. Taste starts with dry bitter hop, increasing grape, some citrus. Low sweetness. Malt and black tea, some licorice. Low carbonated. Nice one.

0,375 l bottle purchased last May directly from the brewer with the advice to drink it cold. A dark bright red, little bit cloudy, smallest short living head. Winery smell. Taste starts also with fruity wine elements, definitive cassis, but also pale malt in the background. Some sourness. Also fruity sweetness. Really enjoyable nice summer drink.

0,375 l bottle purchased at the brewery a few weeks ago. A darkest red brown in the glass, nearly black. Small beige head. Smooth malty, dark fruity with choco and barrel wood, maybe cognac with/and/or bourbon. Taste starts dark fruity with sweetness, red wine, a lot of vanilla. A little bit boozy but in a good way. Increasing dry with milk choco in the aftertaste. Low to no carbonation as expected. Nice one!

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque amber with an off-white head. Subtle oaky aroma with some caramel. Rich, sweet, caramel body with somewhat rough tannins and oxidation. Warming alcohol. Rough and unclean, but absolutely drinkable. 190622

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Almost clear amber, small head. Caramelly nose with some chalk. Sweet with full body and dense mouthfeel. Caramel, bubblegum, sugar and hay. Intense warming finish.
