Bottle. Cloudy yellow/orange with a big and bold white head. Aroma of ripe bananas, wheat and clove. Taste of bananas, clove, yeast, wheat and apricots with hints of lemons and minerals. Slightly spicy. Low bitterness. Medium to strong carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel. Solid stuff.

Draught @ Mikkeller CPH Airport. Smooth, malty and slightly grassy with hints of hay and earthiness. Quite easy going.

Bottle online from Beer Merchants. Pours a clear golden colour with a medium sized thick throthy white head. Aromas of sweet grains, hay, white bread and honey. Taste is more sweet grains, hay, doughy white bread, a touch of honey and also light floral notes and a touch of biscuits. Malty with hardly any bitterness. Light metallic note on the finish. Medium body and fairly low carbonation. Decent Helles.

Light, pretty hoppy and dry for a helles, but crisp and refreshing. Nice grainy malt backbone, good stuff.
