Description
Since 1996, our brewing philosophy has been quite simple – to brew memorable, well balanced and flavourful beers, regardless of the style.

From light and crisp, to malt forward and smooth, all the way to loaded with hops… each of our brews are crafted using 100% malted barley, the finest hops, water and yeast.

Founded in Kelowna, BC, now brewing in our expanded facility with Big Rock Brewery in North Vancouver’s Brewery Creek district, drop by if you’re in the neighbourhood and we’ll show you first hand how we make great beer.

Dark copper pour, medium beige head. Spicy nose, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamon, with some grassy hops. Finish is quite bitter, with alot of spice. Not sure i like this combo is these two styles.

Big arma of dark charred malts, soy, alcohol, and a touch of pine. Smells alot like an imperial stout to be honest. Its got a porter mouth feel, and soft carb. The finish is more roast, its big and bold. Bitter cocoa, subtle pine. Hmmmm black ipa? Not sure. Its a super tasty beer, but ......

Dark brown pour with a small beige head, and lots of floaters. Lots of bready malts in the aroma with some minerals, soft grains, cereals, and quite a bit of alcohol. The carb is soft, and same for the mouthfeel. The finish is sweet, some decent toffee notes, and sme light roasted nuts, with more alcohol.

650ml bottle from the lcbo.
Quite dark amber pour, light citrucy hops, and quite a malt backbone.
Cereals, and grains with a hop kick at the end. I think this might have sat in the lcbo warehouse too long before hitting the shelves. Quite good but not as hoppy as i expected.
