IN BEER WE TRUST
Our quest is to create great beer for the City of Chelmsford and beyond. Through great beer comes friendship and a sense of community. We want to generate more of this in Chelmsford, to create pride in our City and to put it on the map.
All our beer is brewed, conditioned, canned and labelled by hand at our brewery in Chelmsford. We are influenced by the music and art we love, which will be reflected in our branding and design.
We hope you enjoy drinking our range as much as we’ve enjoyed crafting them. Follow us online to keep up to date with our latest releases and to be a part of our journey.

Not bad overall, fairly clean and drinkable, but the character is fairly subdued. Some nice white grape, melon, a little peach maybe, slight minerality. Drinks fine.

Pleasant stuff overall. Fairly busy crisp, some pale biscuits, forward southern hem hop character, mild rindy bitterness, faint minerality. Rather drinkable.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 2nd April 2026. Slightly hazy gold with shallow off-white foam and full lacing. Velvety aroma of fruit and malt. Nutty malts and tangy fruits in-mouth and throughout a harmonious finish. A few soft grasses. Full bodied with a velvet smooth mouthfeel. Very pleasant.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 21st March 2026. Deep brownish copper with shallow off-white foam and partial lacing. Fruity and zesty aroma. Citrus and yeasty notes in-mouth. A just-shy-of-fresh lactic note sets in and takes the edge off fruitiness during liquid drain and finish. Medium to full body and smooth mouthfeel.

Keg at PoW Farnborough. Hazy-opaque light gold. Thin foamy white head. Aroma has light dry citrus and underlying hints of malts. Light-medium bitter. Resin. Gooseberry tart sour streak. Underlying chewy malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-average carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Has character for the low ABV but not particularly complex (unsurprisingly).

My dad has always called the radio - the wireless. Mildly hazed golden coloured brew. A hoppy brew, but towards bland on the flavour scale, but not quite crossing that line. Its carbonation lifts things s little as its texture is not too bad.
