Bottle 45/112. Veery light hazy golden, champagne sparkles, offwhite lowish head. Citric, light dusty, medium light sparkling palate, flowery citric, a bit more intense and one note than the ‘22 bottle from my cupboard. A bit less complexity too, which is strange. Fresh and really enjoyable though.

Bottle that Jonas brought along, had this in the company of Jonas, Ursula and Marko Saturday 8th February 2025 at home, Manglham cooking Lasagna later and listening to ByteFM. Loz has made three different types of bread and a Gooseberry Crumble Cake. Pours almost clear mid gold but there is a little bit of haze, lots of elderflower especially in the mouth, less so on the nose. Nice saison touches throughout, very drinkable, very fresh and despite drinking this in February when it would be ideally suited to mid summer it's nonetheless a great refreshing quaffer of a beer.

2020 version if I understood correctly. Stubbyish small bottle. Huge thanks Jonas! Pretty clear golden body, off-white head. Big elderflowers in the aroma, but not too much, quite elegant, maybe lightly dusty, but quite fine! Lean, dry, tart minerally taste with, again, that lovely elderflower presence. Fun stuff really, the base coped just barely well enough to still carry the just about perfectly dosed elder. Respect!

On tap at Hop Dog, murky gold, white head. Huge elderflower syrup nose, green grape, light esters. Flavor is the same. It's all elderflower. Oily and long finish. Overdone.

Tap, at the evening of the release party, cause why not. Amber. Elderflower, pepper, vanilla. Easy drinkable, much and many elderflower. But not sticky sweet. Nice.

Bottle form SinH4, many thanks! Slightly cloudy golden with white head. Light gush when opening. Elderdlower cordial, a touch of funk, some green notes. Taste is earthy with elderflower, white pepper, grains. A bit more restrained but still very good. Nice!

Bottle from one of the brewers. Light hazy amber with a moderate head. Big elderflower nose at first, then farmhouse notes on later whiffs. Quite dry with some big wild yeast notes, I guess from the elderflower. Hop bitterness subtly fading into that dry almost-rubber-like sour beer aftertaste with a hint of elderflower. Very active carbonation. That's a real wild Saison! Would be curious to try another bottle in half a year.
