Can from Appalachian. Had a crispy born on date that I forgot to jot down. Shared with Shig-o. Clear, pale gold, sticky head. Oily lemon, light floral nose. Light & thin. Slight bit of sweet lemon, white onion, slight herbal dank, itchy rice flake. Really good for a premium lager in a nice dress.

Pint from the cask at the Brick Store. Pours brown with a big, dense, foamy, beige head. Aroma is milk chocolate, pecan, chalk, vanilla, and light leather. Sweet and malty, with a mellow, earthy bitterness. Light, frothy, and a bit astringent. Mild, malty, and nicely balanced.

4 oz draft at Schillngs Lagerfest. The aroma emits bread, earthy hops and grass. The body is light but smooth. The taste has pils malt bit also a elevated level of hops. Not a bad pilsner just hop forward amd bitter.
