4 oz draft at Schillngs Lagerfest. The aroma emits bread, earthy hops and grass. The body is light but smooth. The taste has pils malt bit also a elevated level of hops. Not a bad pilsner just hop forward amd bitter.

Schilling draught, 3/16/24. Clear honey-golden. Small, white head to ring quickly. Floral, a bit of paper, some hop dullness. Not that aromatic. But clean. Malts are crackery. Strong hop presence leading to light chalky astringency on the finish. A bit light in body. Good malt flavor and it's very clean, but yeah, way too heavy-handed on the hops.

Can, didn't check for date, at Stout Week line share, 2/18/24. Clear, bright yellow-blonde-brass. Small, frothy, white head. Nose is quite hoppy with a nice expression of the Saphir adding light melon, lush grass and interesting lavender-perfume-like notes. Biscuity malts seem supple and supportive behind. Clean. In the mouth it's fairly malty, dry, hoppy, not too bitter with lemon, melon, floral notes and honey-tinged biscuit from the malt. Reasonably crisp, lager-like finish. Nice change of pace. It's hoppy but not too hoppy, nor weirdly bitter.

Can, didn't check date, drunk at Stout Week line share, 2/18/24. Clear, medium-amber, small beige head, moderate-to-low retention. Toasted malt nose with moderately fruity english yeast. Clean and toasty but maybe a bit lacking in some more base malt tones. Indeed it shows through in the flavor, where the fruity yeast and light mineral are enjoyable and crisp, but the toasted malt somewhat runs rampant on an under-base-malted body that is thin and husky.

Tap at moeder lambic fountain. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a fine sticky off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, nutty brown bread, dirty pine, grassy, American c hop. Bit vague. Flavour is composed of nutty, hint of toffee, grassy hop, burnt grass. Chalky finish. Little chewy. Palate is semi sweet rounded, chalky, highish carbonation. Ok.
