Bottle 0,33 ltr: Opaque yellow coloured brew which is all about lemons, the very tarty ones. Apparently they use dried lime or also known as loomi, noomibasra, limooamani or blacklime. Nevertheless the taste is very sour and the lemon make it very tart but it's very refreshing.

A touch of cloudy golden with a thin white head. Comes in grassy, spicy, hay, yeast, lightly citrus, and a touch sour. Light body. Finish is effervescent and lightly spiced. Waffles between boring and interesting.

Tap @ La Binouze, Paris. Slightly unclear piss yellow, sparse white sheet atop. Zesty lemon nose. Crisp sour floral citrus character with white wine notes.. good stuff.

Dorée, léger voile, col blanc épais.
Arôme au bouquet finement bretté, léger fruité tout au long sur des notes fines citriques.
Palais est frais assez marqué sur le caractère des bretts - malt pils rapporte ce côté rustique. Fins effluves fruité lié aux bretts arrivent en rétro-nasal.
Fruité avec pointe d'abricot voire de pêche et de fruits verts, le tout reste assez sec et poussiéreux tout au long. En toute fin, petite touche de banane?
