Canned 500ml. -Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, almost neutral nose (weak weak grainy hint). Not much of taste here, discreet grainy, watery and light metallic with short finish. Typical Romanian pale lager.

2012 rating from Brasov: Golden with a big fluffy head. Slightly griany aroma. Light body and the mild taste is slightly grainy, slightly tart.
2011 rating from Cyprus: Pale straw. Thin head. Union-made, appley, industrial aroma. Thin with not much taste beyond some vague industrial beer accents, maybe a bit of that acetaldehyde.

Bottle in Brasov. Yet another useless standard lager without any character except the watery taste.

Süßlich-getreidiger Antrunk. Test vom 13.8.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,9,9,9,8,9 - 8,85

Bottled (BB 11/2008)
Pale yellow color, small white head. Corn-malty, skunky nose. Fizzy. Corn, skunky hops, grainy notes. Not much else, a bit like a tropical lager.

The bottle looks not so good, very old. Aroma is nasty. The flavor the same. Too sourish and too dry, the finish a little bit sweet, that fits not to the rest of the beer. Not good!

Draught at a mountain hotel south of Braşov. Pale golden, rich firm head. Grainy nose. Dryish and lightly grassy, clean flavourwise. Low bitterness. Possibly a top choice in Romania.
