On tap at The Magnet, pours an opaque dark orange amber with a small beige head. Aroma has a nice English bready malt character, gentle English hops, and crusty bread. Flavour is authentic, with lots of English bready malt, subtle English hops, and toasted bready caramel. Nicely balanced and pretty bang on for the style, though a tad muddled. Good.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma has fresh straw, apple skins (?), and some mineraly notes. Flavour has bright green apples, straw, and dry bready malt. That apple character is unusual—not bad, just odd for the style. Clean and refreshing. Pleasant.

473 ml can. Pours a very dark brown with full tan head. Aromas of chocolates, sharp dank hops that disputes quickly, and clean roasted malts. Flavors of chocolate, cream, and roasted malts with a little hops to finish. Simple, but clean and nice.

On tap at Superflux. Pours black with a tan head. Light roast and chocolate on the nose. Flavour has soy sauce, dark chocolate, decent roast. A touch hot on the finish. Not bad, a bit lop-sided.
