Sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, oak, and rustic saison yeast. Flavour is full of rustic saison yeast, light lacto, and some floral notes. Nice floral character, with lacto and tart citrus. Pleasant.
