Demi-john from the producer. Deep mahogany amber appearance. Very harmonious blend, with a smooth rum integration providing a nice warming glow. Modest vanilla notes emerging as you journey through. Dangerously drinkable too.

500ml bottle from Crackington Cider Co. Pours clearish gold with a fine mist. Gentle strawberry nose. Quite an interesting taste, certainly unlike any Dabinett I've had before, generally clean moderately fruity apple with light strawberry notes drifting into view. Very mild tannin. Expected a little more Dabinett defnition.

500ml bottle from Crackington Cider. Pours clear golden yellow. Mild fruity aroma. Taste is indeed very still and very dry, mild rubbery cider fruit, gentle tang, lacks bite and a depth of flavour, seems more of a 4 percent cider than 6.5 but there is a natural underlying fruitiness.

6/8/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet apple, caramel, wood, funky notes. Starts sweet, fading a little allowing a light woody bitter citrus tart to come through. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Slight dryness to finish with more bitterness.
