330ml can from Wisebartender. Gluten Free. Brown amber colour, tan foamy head and aroma of grain, fungi, peppery hint. Taste is sweet, grainy, fungi hints, and zesty, citric, with some peppery bitterness. Watery mouthfeel, light bodied, soft carbonation, drying earthy bitter finish. Kind of OK.

Can online from Wise Bartender. Pours clear golden amber with a beige cap. Aroma: sweet malt citrus, stone fruits, vegetables, light grass. Moderate+ sweetness with light to moderate bitterness, bread, light citrus, earth, coffee (bit weird). Light body with light carbonation. Very sweet, quite odd.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from the health food shop on the way to Lower Clapton Road. Pours totally clear orange-gold with a small, frothy off-white head. It’s honestly not too bad. Lightly sweet with ample toasted grains, grass, dried pine, orange peel. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Low sweetness to finish, some minerality, more dried pine, sun-kissed pale malts. Fairly drinkable.

330ml bottle. Misty pale yellow, thin white head. Supposed to be a health beer. Super high carb, super dry, hard to really pinpoint any taste, perhaps a very distant herbal hint on the finish. Tastes more like sparkling water than beer.
