750ml bottle from Gnarly Vines. Hazy very pale yellow colour, short-lived white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of funky apple, hessian note, citric, fruity. Taste is tart, acetic, apple, funk, sweetish fruity, citric, with hints of straw, biscuit, earthy and some lingering acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

0,75 flaske, RBHD-lag hos seremonimester Melberg: uklar, blek strågul uten skum.

750 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Very pale straw colour, nearly like water. Clear first, hazy in the end. The aroma has more distinct notes of sulphites than the other ciders from this cidery, but also notes of \"spicy\" apple varieties, hints of nutmeg. Spicy apples in the flavour too, some acidity.

Shared bottle at RB/HD at Tau 25.07.19. Very clear and pale - almost like sparkling water with a hue of green. Aroma of sulphur, matches and solvents. Taste of sour apples, sour grapes, rhubarb and sour gooseberries.

750 ml shared green bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV 7.0%. Extremely pale colour, nearly like water - the palest apple cider I've ever seen. Clear first, hazy in the end. Nearly still cider, just a hint of carbonation. Nice apple aroma, a faint hint of smoke. Fresh apple flavour, very tasty.

Shared bottle at RB/HD at Tau 25.07.19. Very clear and pale - almost like a glass of sparkling water. Fine and refreshing aroma and taste of sour apples, sulphur, sour white wine and leather. Good and complex! Lingering acid aftertaste.

750 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Nearly still cider, a very slight carbonation in the mouth. . Very pale greenish-yellow colour, slightly hazy. Interesting and unusual aroma of weird apple varieties, a hint of sulphites. Dry, crisp and sour flavour, very different from most British or French ciders. Distinct sulphites.

Bring on the imperial stouts!
