(Thx! for sharing) Sampled bottled @ Gents Bierfestival 2015. Black, small very dark mocha head. Nose is thick, big on licorice, big roast, herbal. Taste is bitter burned / roasted malts, herbal, chicory coffee, licorice, cacao,… A bit thin & grainy. Not really what I look for in a stout but decent.

(Thx! for sharing) Sampled bottled @ Gents Bierfestival 2015. Orange golden, little white. Nose is oily, pine resin, orange peel, lemon, very oily. Taste is oily bergamot, orange peel, lemon, hop oil, pine,… Very hop oil body. I know that virtually everyone disliked it but I did enjoy it.

Jet-black beer under a greenish-greige rim. Stout features with burnt and acidic notes, bit of meat, hot ironslag. Roasted/burnt, meatcrust with quite some sweetness underneath. Full bodied, oily, viscous, rich feel. Good try, but not yet a Speedway Stout, I’m afraid.
