Description
When a beer enthusiast and a brewer come together it one household it can only end up in cirrhosis or a brewery. Lucky for us, it was a brewery and we have been brewing modern beer without filtration or pasteurization since 2016. In 2021 we purchased CK tanks in Fenetra / Clock brewery and moved all of our production into this cutting edge facility. Why Chroust? Our names are Karolína and Jirka Chroustovský.

Tap at Pivni zastavka. Med-full body, med-light carbo. Med-high sweetness, light sourness, light bitterness, low tartness. Med-high blueberry, a hint of vanilla maybe? Definitely feels sugary, pastryish. Little beeriness present. Overall kinda good, tasty, but lacks any kind of finesse, just feels over the top.

Tap at 7° with Adam V. Hazy yellow body, didn't note the head. Huge lemon notes, attractive, with light thyme in the aroma. Smooth, soft taste, would you believe it - lemon and, yes, thyme! Still, quite a nice light summery beer!

Can 0.5l, one year aged. I didn't know Mont Blanc is a volcano... Gusher!
Lightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- apple, pear, citrusy, floral and herbal. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, unpleasantly bitter finish, jelly, dried lemon, herbal, a bit medicinal. Light, a bit watery body.
Not good, not really bad.

Can from Pivný raj
Pours cloudy gold with white head.
Earthy tones, medium bitterness. Leaning more towards English IPA rather than west coast, but fair

Tap at Maly pivo. Full body, high carbo. Medium bitterness, medium sweetness. Shitloads of fruitiness, stone fruits, exotic. Lots of cereal feeling, even ice creamish a bit. Overall not my kind of beer, but good in its style I guess.
